Role Description

This role involves managing projects related to brand onboarding at EyeCarePro.

Be accountable for project timelines, resource management, and the development of overall project workflows.
Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless collaboration between design, technical, and client-facing teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set clear deliverables, and milestones, and report progress to key stakeholders.
Continuously assess and manage risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
Ensure that all projects are aligned with EyeCarePro's commitment to quality, innovation, and client-focused value.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on brand onboarding or similar initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong ability to drive processes and manage cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to project management.
Six Sigma certification (not required but preferred).
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Own computer, monitors, and necessary work equipment.
A quiet, dedicated workspace.
A stable high-speed internet connection.
Load-shedding equipment (if applicable in your location).
