Role Description
This role involves overseeing and guiding ongoing PR, branding, and social media projects for our roster of clients.
- Ongoing maintenance of WM Project Management platform (monday.com)
- Manage all aspects of client PR, branding, and social media projects: set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure completion
- Work with department leads to identify new projects and determine deadlines
- Oversee routine company projects: A List Award entries, client yearly reviews, new client onboarding, team member training
- Liaison between departments, ensuring all project tasks are assigned and completed at the deadline
- Monitor project progress within monday.com and communicate observations and obstacles
Qualifications
- Highly organized and collaborative
- Outstanding communicator with a passion for coordinating tasks on a broad scale
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive, collaborative spirit
Requirements
- Absolute relentless pursuit of all elements & tasks needed to complete a project
- Clear and ongoing communication to all assigned teams/team members
- Management of timelines on both big picture level and day to day task level
- Commitment to equipping teams with materials needed to execute project
- Identify problems early and propose and/or execute solutions
- Proactive management of project teams
- Responsive. Able to access and share information quickly
