Role Description

This role involves leading projects from strategy to launch while coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Lead and manage UI/UX and digital product design projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate daily communication with designers, developers, and clients
  • Plan timelines, assign tasks, and manage workflows using Notion
  • Oversee design quality and handoff processes in Figma and Webflow
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards
  • Facilitate regular meetings to keep projects aligned and unblock teams
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with U.S.-based clients

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, etc.)
  • Familiar with U.S. work culture and client communication expectations
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI processes, tools, and collaboration
  • Comfortable managing design and dev projects using tools like Notion, Figma, and Webflow
  • Bonus: Experience working as a UI/UX Designer
