Role Description
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung und Verwaltung wiederkehrender Serviceaufträge im ERP-System
- Disposition der Außendienst-Einsätze einschließlich Bereitstellung von Serviceanweisungen
- Beschaffung, Disposition und Terminüberwachung von Materialien
- Pflege von Stammdaten sowie lückenlose Dokumentation, Archivierung und digitale Ablage von Servicevorgängen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Rücksendungen und Lieferantenrechnungen in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, mit Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Büro
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
