Role Description

The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for fielding project requests from various departments and ultimately assist in the facilitation, execution, and completion of projects assigned to the Marketing team.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager
  • Handle communication with stakeholders about the state of the project
  • Ensure projects stay on track, deadline, and budget
  • Adjust plans as necessary to meet new requirements
  • Responsible for project planning, monitoring project progression, and meeting goals as defined by leadership
  • Conduct due diligence of project requests by evaluating business segment request and needs
  • Develop project plan based on due diligence and drive project to completion
  • Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines
  • Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and calendars for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Collaborate with employees and external vendors involved in the project to complete tasks on time
  • Identify potential project risks and work with project manager to develop mitigation strategies
  • Identify areas of process improvement opportunities
  • Report on progress and results as requested by departmental leaders
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute proactive digital and print projects and campaigns
  • Ensure the project meets quality standards and is aligned with the organization's overall goals
  • Document and follow up on actions and decisions
  • Proofread marketing materials as needed
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Adhere to frameworks and maintain documentation appropriately
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA
  • Complete assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required
  • Maintain compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience required in marketing, advertising, communications, or brand management
  • Healthcare experience a plus

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Teams
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated thinker with a strategic focus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of work, multitask, and work at pace
  • Comfortable with changing priorities
  • Ability to use initiative to work independently as well as willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel
  • Project Management tool experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers due to extensive computer use
  • Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate
  • Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screen
  • Ability to utilize a computer and other office equipment with an excellent Wi-Fi connection
  • Physical and mental ability to analyze, problem-solve and collaborate with others
  • Mental alertness to perform the essential functions of position and the ability to properly treat confidential information
  • Ability to work after non-business hours, as needed
  • Ability to travel occasionally may be required for events and/or meetings throughout the year
