Role Description
This role involves supporting smooth communication and execution of projects between our clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
- Monitor project performance and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and communication logs
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between stakeholders
- Identify risks or delays and proactively recommend solutions
- Support client onboarding and handover of deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or client services (preferably in BPO or outsourcing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project)
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage
