Role Description

Adventist Health Roseville is looking for Project Coordinator, Grants for Full-time 8-hour Day shift. This role may be based in Roseville, CA or Glendale, CA.

• Develops and manages grants programs.
• Carries out project scope and objectives as defined in project grant.
• Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Must have good organization skills to complete work in a timely, accurate manner.
• This position is contractual and grant-funded.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' project coordination and related experience: Preferred

Requirements

• Ensures project deadlines are met.
• Determines project changes.
• Collaborates with project manager to develop project strategies.
• Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings.
• Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Provides administrative support as needed.
• Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used.
• Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and deliverable.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
