Role Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with an Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Interior Design background to support the delivery of exciting international projects.

• Coordinate project schedules and deadlines
• Support Project Managers with daily operations
• Review drawings and project documents
• Manage document control, RFIs, and revisions
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM teams, and clients
• Prepare project reports and maintain project records

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Project Coordination
• Degree/Diploma in a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Requirements

• AutoCAD or Revit
• Procore, Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp
• Bluebeam
• Experience with international or remote teams
