• Project Controls Framework and Governance
  • Establish and maintain Shermco’s project controls standards, procedures, templates, reporting requirements, and governance expectations for PMO-supported work.

  • Ensure material, subcontractor, customer, resource, and outage dependencies are reflected in project schedules where applicable.
• Change, Risk and Commercial Visibility
  • Establish consistent controls for change events, change-order tracking, unpriced exposure, pending customer decisions, and commercial risks.
  • Ensure project risk, issue, and action information is incorporated into project controls reporting and escalated when financial, schedule, or customer impact is material.

  • Develop project and portfolio dashboards that provide concise visibility into financial performance, schedule status, change exposure, risk, and forecast trends.
  • Lead recurring project controls reviews and support executive high-risk project reporting.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Project Controls Analysts and Project Schedulers/Planners as the function grows.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, project systems, and controls maturity across the PMO.
