The Project Associate will be an integral part of Arrow ECS' Services group, supporting leaders by driving, managing, and coordinating projects through a large business transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with business meetings and follow-up.
• Collect, enter, and organize data and other information to support research projects.
• Carry out basic analytic tasks.
• Organize materials for and provide draft inputs to written products such as literature reviews, project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefings.
• Provide administrative research support to projects and coordination of day-to-day project operations.
• Lead medium size and cross-functional projects.
• Lead project calls, assign work, and manage project to timeline and outcomes.
• Stakeholder management—Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
• Create project-related process documents.
• Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred or 1-3 years of related experience.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work under minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, OneNote).

Requirements

• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
