Role Description

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Project Administrator. The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The Project Administrator will coordinate project activities and project schedules, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

In this position you will:

• Review and process new project submissions, verifying contacts, and entering details in project management environments.
• Assist the project manager in planning and executing projects tasks, ensuring all activities are aligned with project goals.
• Create and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Assist project staff with project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Assist in tracking project costs, managing budgets, and invoicing as needed.
• Assist the project team with customer follow-up for stalled projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with project administration.
• This position is based remotely in the United States.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Reside within a 50 mile radius of Tampa, FL or Denver CO.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and SAP.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Skills

• The candidate must possess excellent communications skills and must have the ability to interface with internal and external customers, salespeople, and other team members for project coordination.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are paramount.
• Ability to identify challenges and collaborate to develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
• Competent with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint or similar tools.
• Eager to learn new software applications and systems.
