Role Description
We are looking for a Project Admin Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our projects by ensuring smooth coordination between teams, managing essential administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date project data. You will collaborate closely with the Permitting team and Project Managers to help ensure project efficiency and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry and report management.
- Liaise with field crews via phone and email, ensuring they have the necessary support.
- Update and maintain internal systems to reflect accurate project data.
- Work closely with the Permit team to process and manage permits efficiently.
- Generate and analyze reports to assist in project tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in computer software and the ability to quickly learn in-house systems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple teams effectively.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
- A collaborative and friendly attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
