[Hiring] Program Manager | Product Operations @JOYn RH

Role Description

This role keeps the product organization on a reliable delivery and reporting cadence. You will run sprint routines, maintain the working record of plans and decisions, coordinate dependencies, and produce accurate product KPI and status reporting. You will work with Product, Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Customer Success, and leadership across the US and Brazil. Product Managers own priorities and product decisions; you make the execution process clear, current, and accountable.

• Run the delivery cadence:
  • Prepare and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and release checkpoints.
  • Keep decisions and follow-ups visible.
• Make performance visible:
  • Maintain agreed KPI definitions and reporting routines.
  • Check source data, explain movement and caveats, and flag when a metric cannot yet be trusted.
• Keep stakeholders aligned:
  • Maintain current documentation and produce concise internal and external updates that distinguish shipped work, risks, decisions, and next steps.

Qualifications

• A strong program operator. You have run sprint cadences and complex cross-functional delivery in a software product organization.
• Metric-literate. You can define a reporting process, check data quality, explain a trend without overstating it, and keep a consistent source of truth.
• A precise writer. Your plans, notes, release updates, and executive summaries make decisions, ownership, and next steps easy to find.
• Organized under pressure. You can track several teams and deadlines, spot dependencies, and follow through without creating unnecessary process.
• Product and technical conversant. You understand enough about software delivery, enterprise AI, integrations, and release risk to ask useful questions and report accurately.
• Bilingual and cross-cultural. Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese is required for work with US and Brazilian teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, technical program management, or Scrum leadership for enterprise SaaS, AI, data, or cloud products.
• Comfort with Jira, Linear, or similar delivery tools and with analytics or BI tools used for KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Experience supporting customer-facing release communications, executive business reviews, compliance reporting, or audit-ready documentation.
• Experience with distributed teams, multi-team dependency management, and improving delivery flow through practical process changes.
