Your core objective is to plan the quarterly go to market roadmap, set timelines, and govern resource allocation for on-time delivery, across the cross-functional NPI team. As the owner of the NPI lifecycle, you will manage every phase from intake to retrospective with strict accountability, clear governance, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Partnerships
    • Product Management: Coordinate the knowledge transfer from Product Management to ensure the NPI team understands the product roadmap and quarterly deliveries.
    • Sales & Sales Enablement: Ensure the field teams are equipped with the right messaging and internal/external resources to sell our products and feature enhancements.
    • Customer Operations & Support: Facilitate Voice of the Customer (VOC) calls in partnership with Product Management to identify trends in feedback.
    • Professional Learning: Provide visibility into feature updates, ensuring the Professional Learning team has direct access to product enhancements.
    • Marketing: Align product release milestones with market-facing campaigns and launch windows.
  • Operations
    • Build and maintain the NPI framework for the quarterly cycle, ensuring all infrastructure and documentation hubs are ready for execution.
    • Define meeting cadences and coordinate formal kick-offs to align cross-functional stakeholders before GTM planning begins.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure total alignment between the Quarterly Product Roadmap and the NPI Roadmap.
    • Partner with Product and Program Managers to capture critical updates following Pillar Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
    • Equip Product Managers with release schedules and operational readiness checklists.
    • Incorporate cross-pillar dependencies identified by Program Managers back into the NPI roadmap.
    • Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer between Product Management and cross-functional leads.
    • Ensure quarterly commitments from each pillar are signed off.
  • Go to Market Execution
    • Act as the primary program manager for all workstreams.
    • Translate strategic plans into tactical release schedules.
    • Lead GTM teams through the full NPI lifecycle.
  • Feedback & Optimization
    • Measure and report on on-time quarterly product launch.
    • Monitor feedback cycles via VOC calls, Sleekplan, and CS feedback.
    • Conduct comprehensive retrospectives to document "Lessons Learned."

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing programs or projects, including familiarity with SaaS product environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Productboard, Confluence, Asana or similar).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly within K–12, special education, or higher education settings.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving projects.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible work schedules.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Flexible time off plans.
  • Career growth through development programs.
  • A collaborative, innovative culture where your ideas matter.
