Role Description

At Precision AQ, our Program Managers play a critical role in delivering high-impact medical communications programs that bring science to life. This role is uniquely focused on event-driven engagements, including advisory boards, steering committees, and symposia across a range of therapeutic areas.

You will be at the center of execution—partnering with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of complex, high-visibility programs. Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in program/project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare-related industries
• Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards, symposia, or similar engagements
• Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (medical, strategy, creative, accounts)
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of MLR processes and compliance requirements in pharma
• Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics for complex programs
• Experience supporting congress planning, symposiums, or large-scale HCP events
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and hybrid event execution
• Experience with financial tracking tools, forecasting, and revenue management
• Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas or high-science content environments
