Role Description

The Lead Partner Program Manager is responsible for supporting the company's partnership programs to include all aspects related to onboarding, enablement, process improvement, and reporting for the global partner community. This position requires a multi-faceted approach to ensure successful adoption of the program across various partner types. The Lead Partner Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the launch of program updates to drive and support change across the company.

Your Role Responsibilities

• Define the structure and components of a partner enablement program — including onboarding, training, certifications, and follow-up to ensure partners are set up for success.
• Lead the development of systems to establish ongoing communication and feedback loops with partners.
• Work across the company's internal partner team(s) to operationalize program benefits.
• Leverage analytical insights to track, evaluate, and improve program initiatives.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to potential partners — developing and maintaining strategic working relationships.
• Mentor, coach, and train other team members — contributing to the continuous improvement and professional development of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience — with previous experience in program management, project management, or business development.
• Previous experience with Enterprise Imaging related technologies — with deep knowledge of the partner ecosystem.
• Excellent analytical skills — with the ability to consume and process large amounts of data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills — with great attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills — with confidence speaking to internal and external individuals across all levels.
• Up to 25% travel required.
