Role Description

The Program Manager – AIS PMO links client experience, support functions (Quality and Learning Experience), and operations to manage interconnected workflows within continuous delivery cycles, handling enhancements and bug fixes as high-priority mini-projects.

Collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager, Learning Experience, Quality, Operations, and clients, you will align project delivery with operational capabilities to ensure flawless deliverables, robust service health, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Projectize Bug Fix Workstreams: Manage bug fixes via continuous delivery pipelines to ensure predictable timelines, tracking, and clear prioritization.
• Pipeline Speed & Throughput: Optimize deployment workflows to accelerate bug resolution without compromising system stability.
• Operational Alignment: Partner with the Senior Operations Manager to coordinate resource allocation, dependencies, and pipeline capacity.
• Client Experience Advocate: Translate technical updates into clear, digestible communications for clients and client-facing teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main operational liaison between AIS PMO, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Learning Experience (LX) teams.
• Incident Post-Mortems & Feedback Loops: Lead post-resolution reviews with Quality and LX teams to enhance the end-user learning journey.
• Zero Bug Returns Standard: Drive strict validation standards with the Quality Team to prevent issue recurrence or regression.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify systemic patterns in recurring issues to implement proactive structural improvements.
• Quality Metrics Ownership: Monitor, analyze, and report key service quality metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Operations within tech/software/AI domains.
• Proven experience managing continuous delivery pipelines, releases, or agile sprint workflows.
• Track record of working closely alongside Operations, QA, and Client Services teams.
• Agile & CD Methodologies: Strong understanding of CD practices and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to manage operational overlap with the Senior Ops Leader and influence without direct authority.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analytical approach focused on root-cause analysis, quality metrics, and process optimization.
• Clear Communication: Ability to bridge technical concepts and client-centric outcomes effectively.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
