Role Description
We are looking for a dependable Program Manager to join our team. Our program managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned programs, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role involves:
- Managing operations and building strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Driving revenue growth and optimizing program processes
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned programs
- Ensuring seamless execution and ongoing success
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of vendor management, merchandising, and order fulfillment
- Self-sufficient in basic artwork modifications and design placement
- Extensive product knowledge within the sales promotion/adverting specialty industry
- Experience in sales, marketing, or account management within a similar industry is preferred
Requirements
- Position can be fully remote with preference given to candidates within driving distance of Austin, TX, Cincinnati, OH, Phoenix, AZ, and St. Paul, MN
- Some travel may be required
