Role Description
Experian's Financial Services & Data (FSD) is looking for a Program Manager to lead multiple complex client implementations of our Ascend product suite and other projects.

Program Managers are a crucial part of the Experian team, as they lead custom implementations of our market-leading software.
You will report to: FSD Program Management leader
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex client implementations of our Ascend products from launch to completion alongside a project team spanning teams
- Create project documentation including project plans, deliverables and their owners, communication plans, project status and risks
- Provide direction to the project team by tracking and managing project deliverables, risks, and escalations
- Report project status and risks to partners
- Collaborate to deliver an excellent client experience and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement to the business
- Collaborate internally with Sales and other internal functions to lead process improvements and transparency
Types of programs:
- Client implementations for Ascend products
- Client remediation work related to Ascend products
- Client facing cloud migrations
- New product launches
Qualifications
- BA or BS is required
- PMP or PgMP Certification
- 10+ years of client-facing project management experience
- Translate technical matters into terms understood by business professionals
- Proficiency in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Salesforce, and SmartSheet tools
