We’re looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Client Engagement team. In this role, you’ll help turn complex client priorities into clear, executable programs across Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders. You’ll own the operating rhythm for high-stakes client initiatives, from kickoff and scoping through launch, adoption, and long-term success.

This is a role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, keep cross-functional work moving, and build trust with both internal teams and enterprise customers. P&C insurance industry experience is a strong plus, but not required. What matters most is the ability to learn the domain quickly and build credibility with enterprise clients.
