[Hiring] Portfolio Delivery Lead, Global Business Applications @Quisitive

Role Description

As a Delivery Leader within our Global Business Applications (GBA) practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful execution and delivery across:

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Dynamics 365 CE applications
• Large Dynamics Business Central deployments
• Analytics solutions

This role is focused on driving delivery excellence, operational consistency, and successful client outcomes across complex engagements. You will:

• Partner closely with project managers and consultant delivery teams to provide direction, oversight, and support throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are delivered with quality, consistency, and measurable business impact.
• Serve as an executive sponsor on select accounts, engaging directly with clients across major portfolios.
• Support escalation as needed to maintain strong client relationships.

As a portfolio delivery manager, you will also:

• Evolve and standardize delivery practices across the Global Business Applications team.
• Implement methodologies, templates, DevOps structures, standard procedures, and sales to delivery handoff processes.
• Utilize both traditional waterfall delivery methods and hybrid agile methodologies aligned with Success by Design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery leadership, program management, or consulting roles within ERP or business applications.
• Deep experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 CE, or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, or operational workflows within ERP systems.
• Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including integrations with Power Platform, data & analytics, and Azure services.
• Expertise with Microsoft implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to connect business needs to technology solutions and articulate clear value.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and guide stakeholders through complex changes.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Confident decision maker with a high level of accountability.

Requirements

• Lead high-quality delivery across multiple Dynamics programs.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to maintain strong program execution.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and dependencies across complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our largest accounts.
• Engage directly with clients, internal resources, and Microsoft to resolve escalations.
• Own the health of our implementation accounts—tracking KPIs, delivery quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and drive long-term customer value.
• Mentor team members and foster a strong, collaborative, high-performing delivery environment.
• Support resource planning and capacity forecasting across engagements.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer excellence.
