Role Description

• Location: Remote with up to 50% travel
• Department: Risk Management
• Schedule: Full-time, Days
• Salary range: $79,511.51- $110,834.59 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives.
• Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change.
• Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and collaborate with executive leadership to access necessary resources.
• Manage resources, process, and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility.
• Develop and update the ongoing management plan.
• Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.
• Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
• Project Mgmt Professional preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.
• Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Experience in performance improvement
• Lean (green or black belt) or quality (CPHQ) certifications preferred
