Role Description

In Argentina (only candidates residing in Argentina are accepted) within the insurance sector, we are actively seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the comprehensive execution of strategic digital solutions.

In your role, you will be the key bridge connecting business client needs, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary delivery teams (Backend, Frontend, UX, QA). You will own the project lifecycle from roadmap planning and risk management to resource allocation and performance tracking. Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience leading IT or software development teams.
• Strong background managing multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
• Technical literacy regarding digital platforms, integration solutions, backend, and frontend architectures.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong ability to assess risks, adjust roadmaps, and account for results to clients and executives.

Requirements

• Previous experience or solid knowledge within the Insurance, Insurtech, or Financial services sector (nice-to-have).

This is your role

• Serve as the main contact point between technical teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Plan project phases, define delivery timelines, allocate resources, and establish KPIs.
• Monitor project risks, proposing flexible roadmap adjustments when challenges arise.
• Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and hands-on exercises to ensure proper framework execution.
• Nurture team cohesion, address soft skills, and promote open collaboration and mutual support.
