[Hiring] Master Scheduler @Cherokee Federal

Role Description

This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.

The Master Scheduler will assist with CBP’s Administrative Construction Project Scheduling.

• Creates both standard and ad-hoc briefings and reports for the Government.
• Requests and gathers information from subject matter experts.
• Analyzes and validates collected data for presentation.
• Ensures data accuracy and consistency through quality assurance checks.
• Formats information clearly to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Provides comprehensive program-level analysis and reporting support for construction projects.
• Completes reporting tasks and conducts analysis to meet requirements.
• Enhances program processes and provides critical information for decision-making.
• Develops reports that offer senior management insights into program performance.
• Maintains and improves the risk management program for the construction project portfolio.
• Collaborates with management and project managers to create detailed project risk registers.
• Conducts lessons learned analyses at the end of each project.
• Provides updates and risk management reports to senior management.
• Performs technical reviews of project documents for risk management strategy alignment.
• Makes recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Supports senior management with detailed reports and analysis highlighting key insights.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Ten years’ experience
• Experience using SAP (ERP System)
• Experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System preferred
• Office management required, and data analytics experience desired
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
