Role Description
We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to bring structure to our marketing operations, starting with our Booē brand and potentially expanding to other brands. This is a part-time, remote position with growth potential as our needs expand.
- Implementing and managing our Asana workflow, including building custom workflows and integrating with other tools
- Tracking project timelines and holding team members accountable to deadlines
- Supporting resource management by helping identify, screen, and engage specialized contractors
- Managing tasks for both project-based and ongoing contractors
- Potentially running weekly marketing meetings when needed
- Bringing order to our fast-paced startup environment
- Researching and implementing improved operational processes
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably with marketing teams
- Advanced proficiency with Asana, including workflow creation and tool integration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to diplomatically hold team members accountable, including senior leadership
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing external contractors is a plus
Requirements
- Advanced Asana expertise (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with cloud server solutions is beneficial
