Role Description

At Publicis Sapient, we help the world's leading organizations transform their businesses through technology, experience, and innovation. We're looking for a Manager, Technical Project Management to lead the successful delivery of enterprise applications supporting critical Fleet Operations.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted delivery leader, partnering with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to drive end-to-end execution across complex technology initiatives. You'll bring structure to delivery, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure teams remain aligned to business outcomes, technical standards, and organizational priorities.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, from planning and execution through release and stabilization.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and delivery execution across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate developers, DevOps engineers, QA, Product Managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Establish delivery governance and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, system reliability, and business value realization.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with security, architecture, governance, and enterprise standards.
• Provide roadmap planning, delivery insights, and strategic guidance to support organizational objectives.
• Lead regular status reviews and governance meetings, communicating milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and business outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Identify delivery challenges early, drive resolution, and create transparency across teams and leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint execution, release management, and delivery governance.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and technology environments, ideally supporting Fleet, Transportation, Logistics, or Operations.
• Hands-on experience with project and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, resources, and mitigation plans.
• Understanding of technology delivery processes, including software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, integrations, and production releases.
• Strong understanding of security, architecture, governance, and enterprise technology standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise application or digital transformation programs.
• Background in Fleet, Transportation, Logistics, or operational technology environments.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing organizations.
• Experience with Agile at scale, portfolio governance, or complex multi-workstream programs.
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and application reliability practices.
• Experience presenting delivery status, KPIs, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Agile or Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
