Leveraging your insurance industry knowledge, platform experience, and delivery leadership, you will work across multidisciplinary teams and multi-vendor environments to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading complex client engagements and managing multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives.
  • Client Leadership & Delivery Oversight:
    • Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financial performance, resources, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
    • Advise senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
    • Translate client objectives into delivery strategies, transformation roadmaps, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes.

    • Translate product, operational, compliance, and customer requirements into scalable platform solutions.
    • Guide clients in evaluating out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration options, customization trade-offs, and long-term platform sustainability.
    • Partner with product, architecture, configuration, integration, data, conversion, testing, release, and operations teams to maintain end-to-end solution alignment.
    • Support future-state process design, capability assessments, product-launch readiness, and the prioritization of implementation-ready requirements.
  • Program Governance & Strategic Execution:
    • Establish governance forums, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and reporting that strengthen transparency and accountability.
    • Manage program milestones, financials, resource requirements, risks, issues, and inter-workstream dependencies.
    • Apply Agile, SAFe, DevOps, quality engineering, release management, and operational-readiness practices based on engagement needs.
    • Oversee platform configuration, integrations, data migration, policy conversion, testing, release readiness, cutover, and stabilization.
    • Maintain alignment with applicable architecture, security, compliance, quality, and contractual requirements.
    • Apply AI, automation, analytics, and reusable accelerators to improve productivity, delivery quality, decision-making, and client outcomes.
  • People Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
    • Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams through effective resource planning, role clarity, delegation, feedback, and performance management.
    • Support career development, skills growth, knowledge sharing, and leadership development.
    • Facilitate internal and client-facing workshops on insurance processes, platform capabilities, and implementation practices.
  • Business Development & Practice Growth:
    • Support account growth through client relationship management, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
    • Contribute to solution shaping, estimations, client presentations, and pursuit activities.
    • Develop reusable methods, accelerators, training materials, and thought leadership that strengthen EY’s insurance transformation capabilities.
