[Hiring] M&A Integration Lead @Lawhive

Role Description

We're growing rapidly across the US by partnering with established law firms and transforming how they operate. Through these partnerships, Lawhive takes responsibility for the firm's back-office operations, bringing teams and processes onto our operating model while giving lawyers access to our AI-powered platform. This involves:

• Replacing legacy practice management systems
• Migrating data and workflows
• Improving how firms operate day to day

As our first M&A Integration Lead, you'll own the end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive, overseeing both operational integration and product migration. You'll work closely with our M&A Team as well as teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure each firm transitions smoothly, from initial planning through to successful go-live.

But this role is about more than delivering individual integrations. We're looking for someone who has done this at scale before and can help us build a better way of doing it. You'll:

• Create processes and playbooks that make every integration faster, smoother, and more repeatable
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work as we grow
• Spend time onsite with our partner firms, understanding how they operate and helping them successfully adopt our platform

• Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations
• Experience building scalable processes
• A track record of successful go-lives
• Strong cross-functional project management
• Excellent stakeholder management
• A proactive, organised and data-driven approach
• A hands-on mindset

Requirements

• Experience implementing or migrating case management platforms (bonus)
• Experience working with law firms, legal technology or professional services (bonus)
