Role Description

The Lead Project Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading the successful execution of complex, strategic Professional Services engagements with enterprise customers through advanced project and program management leadership. This role manages large-scale initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders, strategic accounts, executive sponsors, and Authorized Partners. The Lead Project Manager drives alignment across business and technical teams, proactively manages risks and escalations, and ensures delivery outcomes align to customer business objectives and long-term value realization.

This individual serves as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, influencing delivery strategy, operational excellence, and customer success outcomes across a portfolio of engagements. They will champion significant programs, enterprise initiatives, and organizational improvements using demonstrated leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking. This position is remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making, communicate risk, and align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to quickly learn, operationalize, and scale new processes, delivery models, and business initiatives.
• A proven strategic utility player who can adapt quickly and drive clarity in ambiguous environments with limited guidance.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with experience building trust across strategic and enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• 5 years of functional experience with project management activities.
• 3 years of specific project management experience, either directly or as a responsibility of another role.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic or enterprise customer engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead across highly collaborative, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong project and program management skills, including ownership of integrated project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Attention to detail is critical.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for results across the full end-to-end project and program lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading large initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience contributing to process improvement, operational maturity, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
