Role Description

Your mission involves:

  • Writing clear, structured task briefs with technical specs for the team in ClickUp
  • Acting as the go-to person for the dev/design team’s questions
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality task execution
  • Measuring and reporting project profitability
  • Managing customer relationships & expectations
  • Leading client calls and providing regular updates
  • Gathering client feedback and responding patiently on Slack
  • Assisting senior project managers on large-scale projects and learning from them

Qualifications

  • Growth mindset – eager to learn and improve
  • Detail-oriented & highly organized
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Strong communication skills – you can explain complex ideas clearly

Requirements

  • Experience in paid ads, influencer marketing, or CRM (Bonus Points)
  • Managed your own e-commerce store (Bonus Points)
