[Hiring] IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant @PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH

Role Description

For a strategic transformation program within a CIO Office, we are looking for an experienced IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant. You will support the program lead in establishing the program management foundations and designing a scalable framework for key transformation initiatives.

• Establish baseline documentation through data collection, analysis and stakeholder interviews
• Develop foundational program management documentation
• Manage program planning, reporting and progress tracking
• Assess and design large-scale IT transformation programs
• Develop a blueprint and governance framework for future transformation initiatives
• Identify innovation, optimization and cost-reduction opportunities
• Apply proven transformation and program management methodologies
• Assess the impact of IT changes on people, processes and organizational structures
• Advise senior stakeholders on strategic IT and organizational challenges
• Prepare and present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive management
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, program management or a comparable strategic role
• Strong track record in large-scale IT transformation programs
• Proven experience managing complex projects in large organizations
• Solid understanding of organizational change management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills
• Confident communication with senior executives
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and documentation skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Fluent English
• French or additional languages are an advantage
• Experience within the luxury industry is a plus
