Role Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead a strategic initiative to build a unified Enterprise data solution. This role owns end-to-end program delivery, including governance, roadmap development, and execution.

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex lifecycles, ensuring alignment with pharma regulations and the IT operating model.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing.
• Manage program scope, communicate risks and mitigation plans, and provide regular updates to IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• PMP (or similar certification).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data programs in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
