Role Description

This role involves facilitating Agile adoption across IT teams and coaching team members and stakeholders on best practices.

Serve as a mentor and Agile coach, promoting continuous improvement and self-organization.
Provide guidance in transitioning teams from traditional project management to Agile methodologies.
Partner with IT leadership to drive Agile execution across software development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting project timelines.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and impediments to leadership and key stakeholders.
Track and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and team performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Use Jira, Confluence, and EasyBI to provide visibility into team progress.
Act as a servant leader, removing obstacles and enabling high performance within IT teams.
Foster collaboration and accountability to drive successful project outcomes.
Support team members in developing their Agile mindset and technical excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of Agile project delivery experience in a technical environment.
Proven track record in Agile transformation, coaching teams, and driving process improvements.
Experience working with IT, software development, DevOps, or infrastructure teams.
Experience working with IT Systems, Network, Voice, or Support teams is preferred.

Requirements

Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and improve Agile execution.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Certificates and Licenses

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
