Position: Infrastructure PM with focus on Trader Voice system Experience

Location: Remote Position with occasional travel (travel expenses will be covered by the client), preferred resources in EST or CST Zones.

Duration: 12 Months with Possible Extension

• Trader Voice system Experience, bonus if bilingual with Spanish.
• Voice Services experience (recording, configuration).
• Moving from one set of infrastructure technologies to other technologies.
• Keywords: Trader Voice, Turret, Dealer board, voice Recording.
• Experience with Verint and BT systems (Verint not a must but nice to have).

Job Description:

• Working with call centers, provisioning/maintaining server plans for call centers, and more.
• Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodology is expected.
• Previous banking experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, and Finance.
• Work closely with their respective Portfolio Manager, the Global ITID PPM Practice team, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and group strategy, values, and behaviour.
• Provide board level overview of progress, lead and direct multidisciplinary teams across all global businesses, global functions, and regions.
• Lead end-to-end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project, including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management.
• Provide financial analysis, including contextualizing financial data into business activities and conclusions.
• Ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures at project/program level, as set and communicated by Client, regulators, and ITID PPM Practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trader Voice systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish (bonus).
• Experience with Voice Services (recording, configuration).
• Familiarity with Verint and BT systems (preferred).
• Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Banking experience (preferred but not mandatory).
