Role Description

As an Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics (CEE), you will lead complex Radiology Informatics software implementation projects across Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

• Leading end-to-end delivery of large, customer-facing Radiology Informatics projects.
• Managing project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources.
• Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Leading cross-functional project teams and external partners.
• Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
• Ensuring adherence to delivery processes and an excellent customer experience.
• Supporting resource planning and contributing to continuous improvement across the regional project management community.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience as a Customer Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT, Radiology Informatics, PACS/RIS, clinical workflow, or other complex software implementation environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and executive customer communication.
• Demonstrated leadership beyond your own projects—for example through mentoring, community leadership, process improvement, KPI management, or developing project-management best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• A recognized project-management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
