[Hiring] Implementation Project Manager @Omnicell

Role Description

As a Senior Implementation Project Manager supporting Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services (OSPS), you will lead high-impact, complex client implementations that directly influence how specialty pharmacy organizations deliver care.

This role involves:

• Driving successful delivery of complex customer implementations and internal initiatives.
• Ensuring complex, multi-solution customer implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Leading end-to-end implementation projects for large, complex, and strategic OSPS customers.
• Owning project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and revenue forecasting.
• Partnering with customers and internal cross-functional teams to define business initiatives and gather requirements.
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues.
• Documenting and communicating project status, scope changes, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Delivering customer risk reviews and executive-level updates to internal leadership.
• Contributing to the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
• Analyzing project and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Mentoring and supporting other Project Managers.
• Supporting customers across multiple time zones and remaining flexible to work non-business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated project management role.
• At least 2 years of experience managing multi-solution, multi-year projects.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master’s degree in Business, Science, or Healthcare Administration.
• Hands-on experience leading systems and/or technology implementation projects.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments.
• Experience working with Agile teams and delivery processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Monday.com.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
