[Hiring] Implementation and Optimization Manager @CardioOne

Role Description

CardioOne is hiring a highly organized and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multi-service line implementation projects from inception to completion and may include new programming as well as optimization of current programs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work remotely and report directly to the VP of Implementation.

• Content expert for project management processes and methods.
• Partner with the VP of Implementation to ensure new practices and new clinical programs are launched with appropriate clinical workflows, training, competencies, equipment readiness, quality controls, and escalation pathways.
• Work closely with Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, Product, and other functional teams to support programs that are operationally sound, appropriately documented, compliant, and scalable across multiple states.
• Focuses on enhancing practice efficiency and effectiveness through project management methods.
• Owns creating and tracking projects within project management software.
• Works collaboratively with the operations team, organizational leaders, staff, and physicians to assist in successful project implementation.
• Supports interdisciplinary teams with an emphasis on developing and refining methodologies to continually improve the patient experience and practice engagement across CardioOne.
• Assists in development of program designs, including recommended workflows, policies, procedures, protocols, staffing models, competencies, training materials, implementation standards, performance measures, and continuous-improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field or equivalent job experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant project management experience within the healthcare industry.
• Start-up experience a plus.
• Expert proficiency with Visio, Monday.com (or equivalent), and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in project management within medical practices, including successful project completion.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), scheduling, and practice metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Work Location: Remote: Colorado (Denver preferred), Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas.

Benefits

• Full time base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000.
• This role will have medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a matching 401K.
• Travel up to 15%.
