Role Description

ECS is seeking a Health Project Manager who is experienced in program and project management to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in executing multiple concurrent transformation initiatives. The Management Consultant will provide services to VHA clients including:

• Strategic planning
• Program evaluation
• Business process improvement
• Implementation and operations support (i.e., studies, data management, performance measurement, training development, research, and policy)

The successful candidate is independent but works well in a team environment; has a high attention to detail; applies critical thinking and creativity to developing work products; has strong written and oral communication skills, and has proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Power Apps, and Visio. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Background in healthcare or Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ability to use Jira to plan and manage the work
• Must be able to work effectively and maintain high quality output in fast environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to interact and engage with executive-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Federal consulting and/or health care consulting experience
• Healthcare management consulting experience
• VHA experience
• Ability to organize and coordinate complex projects

Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
