Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented operator to become the strategic partner to Alvaro Calmet, the Creative Director of SolarBalls supporting execution across the ecosystem. This person will help transform ideas into execution by coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, tracking priorities, and ensuring critical initiatives continue moving forward across SolarBalls.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional project management skills with strong business judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to independently navigate ambiguity while coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a role for someone who naturally creates structure, anticipates problems before they arise, follows through relentlessly, and enjoys bringing clarity to fast-moving creative environments.

• Serve as Creative Director Alvaro Calmet's primary operational partner across the SolarBalls ecosystem.
• Coordinate execution across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across teams and initiatives.
• Remove operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Create visibility across project status, milestones, risks, and upcoming priorities.
• Protect the Creative Director’s time by coordinating meetings, managing priorities, organizing information, and reducing operational overhead.
• Facilitate communication between creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners.
• Build and improve documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and project management systems.
• Support new strategic initiatives as the SolarBalls business continues to expand, including opportunities across streaming platforms, licensing, consumer products, partnerships, and other new business ventures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Program Management, Chief of Staff, Operations Leadership, or similar roles.
• Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-directed.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority.
• Strong documentation and operational process improvement skills.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
