Role Description

In this role, you will support partner brands by coordinating projects related to global trade solutions, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relatable business experience and using Project Management practices.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
