[Hiring] Epic Enterprise Project Manager @American Addiction Centers

Role Description

Manages the development and execution of healthcare information technology demands and projects. Ensures adherence to budget, schedule and scope and business needs using established Enterprise Project Management Office processes and standards.

• Establishes targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery.
• Plans, organizes, controls, and evaluates projects from initiation to implementation.
• Works with IT Owners to effectively utilize all project resources, people, and equipment.
• Holds vendors/vendor resources accountable to meet agreed upon deliverables.
• Develops project demands based on the initial idea request.
• Captures information such as stakeholders, objectives, requirements, desired dates, milestones, budget estimates, and resource needs.
• Monitors risk throughout the approval life cycle and captures decisions or assumptions made.
• Prepares and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and financial records.
• Collaborates with Information Technology teams to ensure solution compliance with approved enterprise technical direction and architectural practices.
• Develops strategic project plans including project objectives, requirements, scheduling, milestones, budget management, resource management, risk management, and change management.
• Continuously tracks deliverables to project objectives and actively identifies, mitigates, and tracks potential risks.
• Manages changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using established change control processes.
• Monitors, reviews, and documents progress towards project milestones and deliverables.
• Leads project team members and stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.
• Sets and manages expectations with all stakeholders, establishing a clear RACI matrix and escalation path.
• Produces routine status reports and executive reports as needed.
• Conducts post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
• Maintains documented processes, techniques, and tools that are part of the demand and project management methodology.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing changes based on best practices to improve the methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically requires 3 to 6 years of experience in project management in Information Technology.
• Proven record of successful project delivery.
• Preferred remote locations in IL, WI, NC, GA.
• Fully Remote Role from specified states.
