Job Title: Dir, Project/Program (Admin) Management

Job Site: 3100 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, California 94304

Job Duties:

• Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
• Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
• Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
• Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
• May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
• Five (5) years of experience in the job offered, Manager Finance Services, Latin America Business Partner, IT Finance Sr Analyst, Finance Planning & Analytics Lead, or a related occupation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with worldwide/international personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization across multiple remote locations/departments with management and individuals of various levels and backgrounds.
• Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and tactical business plans.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to facilitate/lead project teams.

Benefits

• Rate of Pay: $183,666.00/year
