[Hiring] Director of Digital Workplace Delivery @Ascension

Role Description

Lead the Digital Workplace Delivery function, overseeing portfolio delivery, technology enablement, organizational change, adoption, software operations, software lifecycle governance, and contract and vendor management across Digital Workplace.

• Create the strategy for Digital Workplace Delivery, aligning services, priorities, and investments to business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Manage operations within role scope, with accountability for quality, service, financial, and budget outcomes.
• Provide leadership oversight for highly complex initiatives and high-impact issues affecting the function, enabling successful execution by the team.
• Lead governance for the function, including prioritization, executive reporting, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across technical, operational, and business partners to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with Ascension strategic goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery.
• Prior leadership experience.
