Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Migration Project Coordinator to support large-scale digital migration initiatives across digital landing pages, online customer experiences, and supporting digital assets. This role will be responsible for driving the planning, coordination, execution, tracking, and validation of migration-related activities while serving as a key liaison between business, content, product, analytics, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of project coordination, project management, digital operations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting website, digital experience, content, platform, or technology migrations.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and drive work to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tracking and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation or migration programs.
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or digital experience validation.
• Familiarity with SEO, URL structures, redirects, metadata, and digital analytics.
• Experience working within insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance processes.
• Experience documenting and improving operational processes.
