[Hiring] Digital Forensics Engagement Manager @Lighthouse

Role Description

The Digital Forensics Engagement Manager (“EM”) works as a specialty function within Advisory Digital Forensics (DF) reporting directly into the Director.

• Assist with the management of cases by driving work through various operational workflows internally and externally.
• Create work orders for tasks associated with shipping, resource assignments, and data intake.
• Develop project and client workflow standards.
• Manage to a case or client budget.
• Provide a consultative approach to problem solving.
• Identify critical paths to complete projects with a focus on reducing costs and increasing speed of delivery.
• Facilitate high levels of client satisfaction and ensure delivery deadlines are consistently met.
• Work effectively as a member of a team, manage multiple tasks across multiple cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery and digital forensics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus).
• PMP certification a plus.
• Management experience a plus.

Requirements

• Good understanding of eDiscovery, digital forensics, market competitors, and industry tools.
• Thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows and critical paths.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and maintain project schedules.
• Participate in project management tasks and process improvement initiatives.
• Consistently achieve Digital Forensics billability expectations of 4.3 billable hours per working day.
• Strong project management skills and ability to interpret instructions.
• Assure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing workload.
• Ability to foster positive and professional relationships.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
