Role Description

This role involves leading the implementation life cycle and collaborating with team members to drive strategic growth and innovation.

  • Work in conjunction with Huron and client team members
  • Lead the implementation life cycle including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support
  • Perform a wide range of functions in a highly dynamic position with considerable visibility
  • Execute well-developed talents and embrace career growth
  • Contribute to project management methodology, complex design document creation, end-user training development, business process modification identification, and testing approaches for script development

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a consulting role as a technical specialist, architect, or developer
  • Experience as a technical lead and/or developer on multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM/HCM implementations
  • Prior technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
  • Prior technical experience building integrations or data conversion programs using RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Experience in solution design and architecture, complex application integrations, and data conversion
  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron technical staff
  • The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Requirements

  • Estimated base salary: $145,000 - $170,000
  • Eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program
  • Total estimated compensation range including incentive: $166,750 - $212,500
  • Eligible for Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage
