Role Description

As the Manager, Delivery in our Professional Services organization, your mission is to lead a cross-functional delivery POD composed of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Application Support Engineers.

• Drive constant improvement in the time to take new clients live and continually improve processes for faster delivery.
• Define success by your ability to hire, coach, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary POD while driving utilization, profit, margin, client satisfaction, and SOW/sales aspects.
• Manage the work across the POD, facilitate process improvement and adherence, and partner with solution architects, process standards, and technical leadership to ensure delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a cross-functional delivery POD ensuring alignment across disciplines to deliver client implementations on time and within scope.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members across multiple disciplines, fostering career growth and professional development.
• Facilitate process improvement and adherence by partnering with solution architects, process standards teams, and technical leadership.
• Manage and oversee POD workload across various activities, ensuring balanced utilization and timely delivery.
• Utilize relevant implementations experience to identify areas of improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Manage a seamless handoff of clients to the support organization when appropriate.
• Actively drive growth of the professional services business consistent with overall company growth.
• Reduce average implementation time by driving cross-functional collaboration and removing bottlenecks.
• Improve the accuracy of bids and delivery of services within forecasted hours.
• Help build a professional services partner channel to assist in surge requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client delivery issues, collaborating with solution and process standards teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience of proven success in a professional services environment or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in eliciting, documenting, and evaluating business requirements.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven success in evaluating processes and implementing improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and peers across the organization.
