Role Description

As a Delivery Lead Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing large-scale implementation projects for our clients across industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging Accenture’s cutting-edge tools and methodologies to ensure seamless project delivery. Your role will involve managing complex system implementations, process transitions, and technology deployments while maintaining a strong client focus.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Accenture’s solutions for clients, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Work with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and execute project plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business domains to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on implementation best practices.
• Leverage Accenture’s proprietary tools such as SynOps, myWizard, and AI-driven platforms for intelligent operations and automation.
• Drive process transformation initiatives using Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Monitor and track KPIs, project milestones, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams for post-implementation success.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices, particularly in healthcare, financial services, and public sector implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in claims and premium billing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in implementation, claims configuration, project management, or consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business operations (preferred).
• Blue Cross Blue Shield, BlueCard experience (preferred).
• Basic understanding of Accenture’s Intelligent Operations, AI, Automation, and Cloud solutions (preferred).
• Experience in medium-scale system integrations, ERP deployments, or digital transformation projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in one of these project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.) and tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, ADO (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with global teams and executive leadership (preferred).
• Ability to navigate complex client environments and drive process optimization (preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (RPA, AI, ML) (preferred).
• Prior experience with Accenture’s frameworks like SynOps, myWizard, and Industry X (preferred).
• Exposure to regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO, SOC 2) for industry-specific implementations (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a focus on delivering measurable business value (preferred).
