[Hiring] Customer Project Manager - Imaging Systems, Installation & Construction @Philips

Role Description

The Philips Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging business drives strategic installation and direction for the team on projects for areas such as CT, MRI, Cardiovascular & Molecular Imaging. As a Customer Project Manager, you will formulate the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing set by management; specifies the project scope, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.

• Developing project plans, inclusive of the following elements, utilizing the Philips Project Management Methodology:
  • Comprehensive WBS (work breakdown structure)
  • Change Management Plan
  • Communication Plan
  • Risk Management Plan
  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Resource Management Plan
• Coordinating, leading and motivating a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources in coordination with the hospital provided project manager or point(s) of contact.
• Responsible for effectively communicating with all project stakeholders, and third-party vendors, including but not limited to regular project updates and regular project meetings as outlined in the project plan.
• May be required to work with the applicable Sales, Clinical, and technical teams in the pre-sales phase to determine the best solution for a particular customer to assure the feasibility of the technical solution and how it will meet customer expectations.
• Responsible for Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction.
• This is a home-based position with travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management preferably within a Healthcare or Technology Environment or Construction Projects in the Healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Project and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation.
• Ability to demonstrate effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders including subcontractors.
• Ability to effectively negotiate, deliver highly satisfied customer experiences, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree (required), or an equivalent combined experience/education in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Project Management.
• Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or Masters Certificate in Project Management). LEAN Certification is also helpful.
• Strong leadership with excellent organization, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional communication both verbally and in writing, in local language as well as English.

Benefits

• Pay range for this position is $77,000 to $121,000.
• Actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
• Other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
