[Hiring] Customer-Facing Project / Program Manager @Allied Technology Services

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer-Facing Project / Program Manager to lead software implementation projects for enterprise customers in the cybersecurity and/or database technology space. In this role, you will work directly with large U.S.-based customers, managing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful software implementations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from planning through delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Ensure implementations meet customer requirements and agreed-upon objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, ideally within a software vendor environment.
• Experience working directly with large U.S.-based enterprise customers.
• Background in cybersecurity software, security solutions, and/or database technologies.
• Strong project or program management skills, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
